I started out on Prevention...aka jamjab. Have returned to my roots here on 3 fatchicks...it's a great place! The Prevention board is getting overwhelming, not to mention a bit nasty from time to time.

I am glad you found us here. I did recognise your name.

I am the same here as at Prevention, thanks I had forgotten about this wonderful site.

When I first read the article about SBD in Prevention, I visited the website several times, but I found the forum much too cumbersome. They really should change the format. Anyhow, I've been coming to 3FC Low Carb and/or WW for years and I really miss the gang if I stay away too long.

Hi! Just kind of checking out all the different message boards to see how they differ. This one has me thinkin a little to much I think. Lots of cutsie stuff, but I really don't need all that. But, I'll stick around for a while to get the hang of it.

I am from Prevention.com and was very frustrated with the site. I just started SBD on 7/10 doing ok so far. I just bought the book today and have been reading most the night and realize there was a lot of info I didn't get from just using the website.

I have tons of questions.... my first one... Is the book saying that we are suppose to drink Metamucil before eating??

How do you post the pictures??

Only if you need it. Some people find they get a bit constipated, so IF you use it have it before a meal because it really does help fill you up, but you do NOT want to start abusing laxatives!!! (Try making a legal chili with beans in it...THAT works too!!!)

Me~ Hi Sunkist. I saw your post on prevention site and checked this one out. I really grew tired of that message board, it became so cliquish and negative at times. I like this one -- everyone seems happy so thanks for the nudge.
