Gramma running out of time to lose weight and be healthier

  • Hi everyone. Looking for support and encouragement to lose weight. I'm starting out at 279 and want to get down to 150. While I'd love to wake up tomorrow and be 50 pounds less, I will be happy with a consistant 2 pounds a week gone. I'm retired and broke my ankle 2 yrs ago and now my mobility is soooo bad. I have no endurance or energy. No physical reason for it other that the extra 129 pounds that I'm lugging around. Anyone up for the challenge of being my mentor, my person to be accountable to ? I made a promise to my Son that I will be 50 pounds less for his college graduation in December this year. I can't let my kiddo down.......
