Hi - just registered today. New year's and such... lol
My goal is to get back to my pre-baby body weight of 124. not sure if that's realistic - surely it is... I do have my doubts though, I have been trying it for about 12 years (subsequent babies excluded)!!
I'm at 158.4 at the moment.
I will be doing a mix of calorie restriction and yoga, and aiming for 5 lbs a month for now - not really sure what to expect, but I do know 100% that I am determined.



Sure you can reach your goal weight, and it sounds like you have a smart plan and timetable, so go for it! Good luck!
