    My January goals and progress:

Keep up my blog and go to WW meetings - Done

Create an average calorie deficit each day (per Fitbit) of 600 calories. - Current average is 567. I've been better the last 2 weeks, but the start of the year was a little slow.

Eat fruit or veggies at every meal - Haven't done it every meal but I've eaten at least 3 a day, sometimes more

Walk an average of 4500 steps a day - Current average is 5405 so I'm way ahead on this one.

Row 1 day a week for 30 minutes - Get about a C on this one. I've done in a couple of weeks.

Strength train 1 day a week for 30 minutes - Behind on this one.

Work on getting together some good freezer recipes - I've done some of this but not as much as I planned

When at my computer, get up and move around at least a couple of minutes every hour - Reasonably good, but not perfect

Sleep an average of 7 hours a day according to Fitbit - Done
