  • I really am enjoying these challenges! And I love seeing the progress that everyone is making.

    I've been losing at around 12 lbs a month. I'm just going to go for an even 10 this time around.

  • i'm in too!! I didnt track a day in December.. I guess I took a break from the weight loss and did my own thing. Time to pull my socks up and hit the gym. Goal is to get into Onederland by end of january.

  • This sounds like so much fun! I definitely need support from others as right now I'm on my own with trying to lose weight amongst friends and family. I look forward to giving and receiving support on the forum. My goal for January is 10lbs as I'm just starting and I know people tend to lose more weight at the beginning of the process. Let's start this new year out right.

  • Today I am at 210.4 but I will do an official weigh in on Wed morning. I am aiming to see 204 by Jan 31st. I need something like this to help me keep track. I am really bad at forgetting what day I weighed in and I for get the exact number. This will be a nice record to keep.
