My deal was an exercise class or video one hour per day 6 days per week and eating only what my calorie restrictions allowed me (I would eat or drink back my burned cals too!). Most days I did so well, I would earn a big meal one day a week and still count every calorie and still lose weight. It was incredible. I have yet to get back to the time I can commit that heavily, but there was nothing unhealthy about it (well i could have done even better with out wine some nights, but i never went over my permitted calories as given to me by the "loseit" website.), it was just like lightning in a bottle. Convenient to work out, commitment to eat well. It was great and I know I can do it again too! It has been a struggle as my workout schedule just isn't perfect and convenient like it used to be.
I am trying a diet recommended by my dr in the new year, the first month is hardcore and very restrictive, but after that it is just "clean eating". I know I can do it and my main motivation is getting married in May. Thanks for listening!
