169.2 this morning. W00t! Still not "safely" below 170 but I've held my own below 170 for three days in a row and I'm inching ever so slowly downward, so I am happy. Today is a down-day (I'm on low-carb
plus JUDDD/intermittent fasting) so tomorrow morning hopefully it'll be lower. We're having a quiet family evening tonight with no foodie events, so as long as I can stay away from all the food I pre-prepared for tomorrow, I should be OK. I'm even gonna walk the dog for an hour.
All our food prep, cleaning, and wrapping is DONE! Except for tomorrow morning, when I have to set out all the breakfast foods/snacks, start the Tofurky in the crockpot, and pop all the side dishes into the oven, I am freeeeee!!!
Oops I just remembered I have to put away a mountain of clean clothes on the bed in the bedroom.

Shoulda known better...
