Last time I did IP was June 2-August 2 of 2012 and I lost 45lbs. Since losing the weight I kept it off one entire year, and now have slowly gained back about 15lbs of my IP weight loss.
I decided to go back to my coach starting today and my goal is to stick to the diet for three months/50lbs because I want to be at a healthy weight to get pregnant. =)
When I did the diet the first time I didn't have a SINGLE mess up in the two months... not even a diet soda or a splenda! When I decided to stop IP and do a low-carb diet on my own, I lost another 10 lbs. I couldn't maintain the diet without the coaching and I stopped losing weight for about 6 months. Now that I've gained a good chunk of the weight back, I'm feeling very unhealthy and discouraged- but that's why I'm going back today.
I need some positive vibes sent my way that I can do it again this time around!
