    I only do activity MWF. I'm doing baby steps towards healthier lifestyle. I may start doing more this month, but my goal is at least MWF.

  • Future hubby and I decided to go to gym Tuesday Thursday and Saturday this week. Still walking 5, running 5 x 3.
  • Today kicked my butt at the gym... I could have done better had I ate better today. Only 11 points before that run, not smart on my part.
  • I think it's great you both are getting activity everyday. I hope to get to that point, just baby steps at the moment.
  • I pushed hard and made it again. I had enough fuel. Going to keep pushing.
