  • Monday...
    Howdy ya'll. I know I've been a stranger to the exercise board. I almost forgot how to use the treadmill its been so long. My goal this week is to walk 5 hours. I walked 35 minutes this morning. Once I get back in shape I'll go for distance but right now I am blah from lack of exercise the last 3 weeks.

  • Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 38 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Tuesday
    Hour with trainer working on legs and arms
    Mile 1/2 on tredmill in 40 minutes
  • Wednesday Morning---

    Oh my gosh, it's already the middle of the week and only 3 people have posts on this thread!!! I'm partially to blame because today was the first day I did anything.

    30 minutes on TM. Had a pretty easy run for a few minutes, probably 3 minutes because I didn't time it. But it feels good not to be gasping for breath when I decide to jog.

  • Yesterday (tuesday) I did 50 minutes on the EFX machine. I really need to work some weight training into my program, but for now, this is better than nothing. Going to do it again tomorrow (hopefully) but it depends on my kids' nap schedules. We'll see.
  • MONDAY--30 minutes of Power 90 weights

    TUESDAY--30 minutes Power 90 cardio and 5 minutes of ab work
  • Thursday---31 minutes on the TM this morning. Why is one day easy and one day more difficult. I struggled through just about every single minute today.

  • WEDNESDAY--30 minutes power 90 weight circuit

    That's 3 days in a row of working out!
  • Wed.
    Spent an hour hopping around the pool, walking and doing streches
  • SATURDAY--Did Power 90 cardio and abs

    Missed Thursday and Friday. I've been feeling like all my energy is zapped. I'll blame the very high pollution count we've had.
