I lost 5 lb.s in the first week and gained 6 in the second. It stands to reason that if it can come off that quick it can go back on that quick. Today, I'm rededicating myself to this diet, woe, however you want to describe it. I'll be getting my cardio with my favourite cheerleader, Richard Simmons, 3 times a week and I'll be doing some weight training with Jorge Cruise on the alternating 3 days a week. This time, I'd doing it. Phase 1, no cheating, 2 weeks. Starting today.
did first 5 exercises of Pilates for Dummies. I'm too fat to do this, tomorow, it's me and Richard Simmons.
Breakfast today;
3 egg omelet with onion, fresh garlic, mushrooms with 2 slices English bacon. Decaf coffee and a liter of water.



. But, I know I've stayed 'true' to the SBD, so I'm sure the scale will shhow a minus soon.
I'm back at the gym tomorrow - take the weekend off.
