
I started my diet on 4th June 2013, and so far lost 2 stone..Im 5 ft 3 inches and should weigh 140 pounds...My BMI should be 24.8 , which is 10 stone..I am currently 11st 7, so not got that much to lose now...I love walking ( with my ipod music
), and i have a abs roller and exercise bike in my lounge..I just need abit motivation, to lose the rest..This week has been a slow burner and was getting nowhere, but weighed myself this morning and lost another lb
.. oh and i have started doing some zumba dance in my bedroom with my fav music lolHope to see you all on the board
