Default Hi another newbie

Hi..Just joined this board..

I started my diet on 4th June 2013, and so far lost 2 stone..Im 5 ft 3 inches and should weigh 140 pounds...My BMI should be 24.8 , which is 10 stone..I am currently 11st 7, so not got that much to lose now...I love walking ( with my ipod music ), and i have a abs roller and exercise bike in my lounge..I just need abit motivation, to lose the rest..This week has been a slow burner and was getting nowhere, but weighed myself this morning and lost another lb .. oh and i have started doing some zumba dance in my bedroom with my fav music lol

I think im bit obsessed lately, im either jumping on the scales or doing some exercises and zumba stuff in the bedroom

I googled the online BMI calculator and i just need to lose about 17 pounds then im in the normal weight

wow only another 17 pounds to go? thats fantastic your so close to the weight you want which is amazing, after you hit your goal weight how are you going to celebrate?

hi..sorry not posted or visited this board for a bit..

i am now happy to say im 7 st 10 now, since i joined..I was 13 half stone back then..i feel and look good, got more confidence and a whole new wardrobe

I just plodded on with the diet..lots of walking and more exercise..oh and ate less, loads less haha
