Hi, anyone want to form a new group for peeps just starting? I really need the support and I'm looking for some buddies!

I am restarting IP... I can't help to think of where I would be by now if I hadn't fallen off the IP wagon.... So back at it again! I had tremendous results the first time!

Hope we can inspire, and support each other!

Hey Cass2ander. I am restarting myself and I am on day 2. Definitely need the support. I have a minimum of 10 to loose (would love 15) and 30 days to do it. We'll see. I have done it before (although I have moments where I wonder how I made it 60 days straight let alone 30...huge props to those who have been OP for anything longer...it's amazing!). Anyways, let's do this!

I started once last month. I made it six days before the diet made me very sick (lost 15 lbs in a week) and had to stop for medical reasons. We made some adjustments to foods and my individual plan and I am good to try again! Today was day 1!

I am starting tomorrow and would love some support. I am having a hard time navigating this forum. Hope I can get back here again.

I'm trying to start up again. I lost about 25 lbs the first time, gained back about 10 over the summer. I've been trying to start back up on IP since about May but haven't been very successful. We've had my parents staying with us all summer and it was very hard to resist the drinks and food after coming home from work. They left on Tuesday and I jumped right back into IP. I've been 100% for the last 3 days, which isn't long, but I'm feeling focused and motivated. I want to lose about 27 (including the rest of the 10 I gained over the summer).

I am officially back. I lost about 30 lbs in the summer of 2011. I haven't stuck with the diet since. I am on day 2 and now am about 10+ from what my original start weight was. I have been bouncing between 180 & 190 for a year. And I am SICK of it! I want to lose weight and start off 2014 better than ever! If i stick to it, I can be at a healthy weight hopefully by Christmas!

I just talked to my coach today. We went over my health profile, and I set up my first order. I had NO idea what to order, but I hope I picked out some good stuff! I kinda felt horrible while on the phone, cause my friends had dragged me to T-Bell and so it was kind of awkward to sit there and talk about this diet, while sitting in Taco Bell... Haha, I guess I live for the awkward moments!
