I'm sure this varies from person to person, but when did YOU notice the difference in yourself?
I'm nearing the 20lbs lost mark and I honestly don't feel like there is much difference in my appearance. Now, this must not be so, because how can a person lose nearly 20lbs and not look any different? I've noticed pants fitting a little better, but that's about it.
Ten pounds down my husband asked if I had lost weight, so he must have noticed something.
I am now 13.3-ish pounds from goal. If I barely feel any difference at this point, am I doomed to arrive at goal and still find myself fat? Should I lower my goal?
