Just starting this.

  • I think I have lost and gained the same amount of weight over and over again. I SUCK at keeping at a diet. I really just want to live a healthy life, but I have to learn how to do that first, I guess. I really should lose about 75 lbs. That number feels incredibly overwhelming. I am on high blood pressure medicine and my goal is to get off of it completely. I have a long way to go first, though.
  • You know how you lose 75 lbs? 1 lb at a time

    Don't focus on the big picture, just focus on what you can do today. If today seems overwhelming, focus on what you can do for your next meal.

    It's good that you've recognized what overwhelms you... now just find a plan that breaks up that goal into manageable chunks.

    You can do this!!! And getting off your blood pressure medicine is an awesome goal!!!
