Dinner: whole wheat penne with marinara, salad <---- Should have been tilapia and cauliflower purée. Time didn't allow.
I found you! I had posted to an old subscribed thread - but no one else posted after me. Finally figured it out! Hi Lindsay and everybody. I strayed after a trip to visit Mom - with only internet on my phone, in June, and I never started back up. Gained 5lbs after my week with the food ****, and hearing about how fat my hands are. Also because DH had my faves in, meaning well. This is not the place for this share. But anyhow, glad to find you all.
