Starting back on Medifast tomorrow

    Hello Everyone!

    My name is Brooklyn, I'm 37 years old. I have 2 kids ages 14 and 11. I had great success with Medifast but recently gained some of the weight back because I went off the track. So, I think I need a place to come to be accountable. Looking forward to getting to know some new friends!

    Good luck Brooklyn! A friend of mine has had great success Medifast, even though she also got off track a little bit once in a while. Hang in there! The results are so worth it. :-)

    Good for you--if you've done MF before you know how it works. I am 41.5 pounds down at 7 months (slower than most) but have enjoyed the program. I am about 80% to my goal. Good luck!
