Just joined yesterday I was a member gosh along time ago ( different name) I never did get the hang of how these posts work here so I really didnt take advantage of such a wonderful site, but this time I am determined to learn and loose. It took me 30 mins to figure out how to start this post. LOL I have a lot of weight to loose and I am going on 52 years old.

I had trouble at first, but once you do things a few times, it's pretty simple. You now know how to start a new post! Good luck with your weight loss.
