Hi! I'm Lass22 and I just found this site last night. I'm looking forward to getting involved because I need help and support. I need to lose a lot of weight and I'm not that confident that I can do it. I've only lost about 30 lbs. at a time in the past. Then over the years, I gain it back plus more. I'm an emotional eater and suffer from depression, so it's a vicious cycle.
Even if I never reach my goal (150), just getting to the lower 200's would be great. Anything would help. My back and knees give me a lot of pain, so exercising is very limited right now.
I'm not on a diet plan. I'm just cutting back and working in more produce . I'm also trying to wean myself off of Pepsi and drink more water. It needs to be a lifestyle change because I don't believe in diets and temporary restrictions.
Any suggestions about getting off Pepsi would be appreciated.
