  • Monday-- 10 minutes Stretches, 35 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Monday..

    Got in about 1 3/4 miles of our walk when it started pouring rain. Tried to wait it out but got drenched. Came home and did 30 minutes wt training.

    I did 35 minutes on my Tony Little Machine, which is about 3 miles
  • Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 30 minutes upper body TBT.
  • Tuesday...

    Not much participation on here this week.

    Got in my 3 mile walk. It was raining when we got home but after dinner it cleared up. Also got in 30 minutes of wt training.

    1 hour with trainer doing legs
  • Yesterday (Tuesday) I did one of my Basic Tae-bo tapes, plus my Great Abs & Great Arms videos.

    Today (Wednesday) I went to the gym and fast-paced walked on the treadmill and then worked my lower body on machines.

    Tomorrow....who knows; I plan to go to the gym, but my 5-year old seems like she is coming down with a cold. I do have Yoga tomorrow night though. Does that count as exercise? It just seems to help me stretch a bit.

    25 minutes treadmill 1.24 miles
    25 minutes stair-climber 1.13 miles
  • Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 35 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Tuesday/Wednesday
    Tuesday did 35 minutes on glider = 3 miles

    Wednesday did the same! bured about 370 calories (that's what the machine says anyway)
  • Thursday-- 10 minutes stretches, 30 minutes upper body TBT.
  • Thursday
    Fell off the exercise wagon for 4 days, but I'm back on.

    1/2 Power 90 weight circuit. And I could still use the heavier weights I went up to last week.

    Did Tony Little Machine for 35 minutes, 3 miles
  • Thursday
    Hour with trainer doing arms and back.
