chocolate IP shake, a cup of spinach, shake of cinnamon, water, 1/2 cup cold coffee, whipped up in my Ninja.............. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm just heaven!!! It is wonderful!!! I think Lisa and Lamberjules suggested it........

Sounds delicious!! Every morning I have the capuccino shake, water, ice and a nespresso capsule. I think I will have a shake like that for life!! Love it

Is the Ip shake the same as the Ip Chocolate drink?

Yes, IP has the chocolate drink that you "shake" up in your shaker OR many people enjoy it by putting in the blender with water/ice and additions like coffee, spinach, etc. for a thicker (and colder) SHAKE!!

IT also can be used for other things like making cakes and cookies as you will find as you read more of the threads here that include recipes or "Packet Hacks!" (other ways to use packets in IP-friendly recipes).
