    Greek Yogurt w/ vanilla topped with blueberries & crushed almonds

    Chickpea salad w/ cucumber, onion, tomatoes & redwine vinegarette

    Egg Salad
    Carrots
    Green beans
    Glass of skim milk

    cauliflower w/ ranch (when munchie later)

    L: turkey and ham on WW bun with grey poupon, cucumbers and grape tomatoes
    S: cucumber and hummus
    D: chicken burger with homemade guac and salsa, quinoa salad (loaded with veggies)
    S: cheese stick (if needed)
    D: PBC
  • Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain)

    Egg salad w/ green oniion, celery, mustard & mayo over romaine w/ salt and pepper to taste.
    Glass of skim milk

    Raw veggies w/ ranch (cucumber, yellow pepper & celery)
    Peanutbutter banana muffin (no grain, recipe here) w/ 'strawberry cream cheese(light)'

    Greek yogurt w/ a few blueberries

    Meatballs (homemade, no bread crumbs) w/nsa marinara & fresh parm
    Brocolli (tons and tons)
    Glass of skim milk

    Cucumber & rf cheddar (later when munchie)
  • I had a few "cheats" last night (on plan foods but just not in the quantities that I consumed). Sigh...damn meds!

    L: almond butter and NSA apricot preserves on WW wrap
    S: peach
    S: cucumbers, grape tomatoes and peppers with hummus
    D: salmon and cauliflower, side salad
    D: Fruit pop - homemade if i can find a good recipe

    Chicken "wing" salad w/ chicken breast tossed with franks, romaine lettuce, carrot slivers, cucumber, onion, celery, green pepper slices & ranch dressing

    Cheese string? (if munchie later)

    D: portabello mushroom caps stuffed with spinach artichoke dip
