The heat is hitting Indiana (we've been blessed with quite temperate weather so far)!
I am finding that an array for chilled soups (prepared with lots of veggies, and some with non-fat greek yogurt, or low sodium tomato or other veggie juice) is a lovely way to enjoy yummy tastes, keep hydrated, and still eat "on plan"!
Do you have any suggestions for keeping cool and eating well during the heat of summer? If so, please share!
