  • Does anyone know if hard boiled eggs are "free" when hungry and if sugar free popsicles are allowed? thx
  • For hardboiled eggs; only the WHITE of the egg and you are only allowed 2 egg white freebies.

For sugar-free popsicles; if it's not a 0/0/0 item, then it's not allowed (and even if it is... no aspartame or hidden sugars (ie. fructose, etc)!)
  • Make your own Popsicles out of the RTD's!! The mango can be mixed with water to make more!! They are awesome!!

Some coaches will tell you to have a hard boiled egg if really hungry but the best thing is an extr unrestricteda packet, esp in the first few weeks .
  • I didn't know eggs were "free" ever.
  • How do you add the weight tracker and your weigh-ins automatically in your posts?
  • Marylej- You have to be a member for at least 20 days along with 20 posts to get your signature feature so you can show your tracker and whatever else you'd like.
  • Oh
  • I'm in my third week and have about 40 lbs to lose from start. I've had a hard boiled egg on my salad 5-6 times and still lost 4lbs week 1 and 2. I haven't had one this week though and maybe I just won't until I weigh Monday to see if there is a weight difference. Personally I'm willing to do it if it keeps me on track. It's better than letting yourself go hungry and then cheating on something rediculous.

I was wondering the same thing! I made one but had no way to display it permanently!

    Thank you!
  • I started april 2012. Have almost always had 2 egg whites a day usually at breakfast bc I'm up early and have long days at a physically active job. My losses have been pretty consistant and "normal". Hope this helps.
  • What about sugar free jello
  • Most sugar free jello mixes available commercially are sweetened with aspartame, which is an IP no-no.

I DID find a Sucralose sweetened one by googling.
And you can also make your own with a Mio-type drink mix and plain gelatin.

Since I'm also moving away from Splenda (Sucralose), it looks like I'll be making my own with stevia.
  • is Surcralose bad for us ip'erS?

i just got a big container of Syntrax Nectar Sweets Vanilla Bean protein powder to use in my coffee (it's 0/0/0) but list surcralose as an ingredient.

(i'd post this in the daily thread but do not wish to take focus off the serious topic of discussion right now with a silly question).
  • Most of the sweet IP products are sweetened with sucralose
