Hello!
I'm Deena. I'm a 24 year old female, 5'3 and I started my journey at 240 pounds. I have struggled with my weight most of my teenage and adult life, and am ready to defeat this for good.
I began my journey just this last weekend when I chose to start following the weight watchers concept. I am not a member of weight watchers, but a good friend of mine has the books, and taught me how the process works. So I took the blueprint and began applying it to my life. I am currently 6 pounds down, and quite frankly, I don't feel like I'm depriving myself either.
I am looking forward to the day when I can stand on that scale and see 140 looking back at me. I am looking for a place that can support me along the way.
