I am just in shock that we are over half way through 2013! So let's do it again people, give us one (or many) reasons why you are choosing to stay on plan today!
Today my reason is that I have hit my highest weight in a very long time, and before I get all the way back down the slippery slope, I am going to reverse the trend and work my way back to healthy!
because I want to see 199 by the end of the month. I don't want to get caught up in all this summer fun like I normally do. Please God help me with this .
Because I'm so sick of being ashamed of myself and hoping to never cross paths with someone from my past cause I don't want then to think "man, she got fat!"
I'm leaving on Thursday for a 1 1/2 week road trip to Colorado and my mom already bought a bunch of junk food to eat in the van on the way out there. I need to stay on plan so that when I gain weight on this trip* it won't be nearly as bad and I'll be able to jump right back on the wagon and continue my weight loss journey.
*I'm sure I'll gain weight as I can't say no to junk food and I usually develop a "it's my vacation and I can eat whatever I want" attitude on vacation.
