Because I went out for a walk with friends yesterday and not only did I keep up with them, I outran them parts of the way. I wouldn't have been able to do that 30 pounds heavier. Staying on plan so I can keep on feeling awesome doing things I haven't been able to do before.

Because this morning I was 2 pounds lighter than Sunday, just by eating well and walking three times so far this week, so I want to keep going!
