It used to drive me crazy when I'd eat well and exercise each week, only to find I'd lost a miniscule amount of weight or sometimes none at all. So when our scales broke down a while back, I decided not to replace them. From now on I'm only going to judge my progress by how well I'm eating each day, and how my clothes are fitting, etc.
Just wondering if there are others who have decided to ditch the scales or if you consider them a must have?
