My name is Sandi and I am a 37 year old mom of 3 beautiful children ages 14, 11 and 7.
I woke up this last weekend and while staring at the mirror all I could think was
BLAH! Is that me?! It doesn't look like me.
I won't lie, I've tried to lose weight before but never before had I ever felt this.
Not so much the feeling of wanting to lose the weight but to
Change what I had become to let me gain it in the first place.
So here I am. I'm changing my eating habit and restricting calories to
1500 per day and have added activity to my days.
Its only been 4 days but I'm determined to stay at it as long as or
takes.
I just want to say I'm doing this on my cellphone so I apologize if it comes out odd.

. I have also Try "dieting" probably 100's of times over the years. And never made it out of the 190's. I started my lifestyle change June 3. I downloaded a calorie tracking app with a lot of success, I am finally aware of what I consume. Also visiting this sit has been a GREAT motivator. I have lost my first 10lbs already, and I have never been so motivated--- its a great feeling!!!
