It's been awhile since I have been here, I have lost a lot of weight for down to 199, but sadly back to 222, but back down again, I knew I was going to gain weight back after My hernia repair and now My job is to get it back down and keep it down, hey I am not complaining because 3.5 years ago I was 300lbs. My mini goal is to get back down to 200 which is what I got down to before My hernia repair surgery. Ultimate goal is 180, I can do this.

I just looked at My profile and see where My goal was 230 and I made it past that. Yea. Now I will work on My new goal.

Welcome back! I had also gained back some weight - was almost under 200 lbs but went back up to 230s. I'm right around 222 too

I have a similar goal of 180/170ish.
