I signed up yesterday & waited till this morning to come back & give MY INTRODUCTION so ... here is who I am

~ I am HisWinterRose aka Karen
~ I am 55 1/2 & finally hit MENOPAUSE

~ I am from Ohio & have lived here for 34 years
~ Married for 35 years to a wonderful man
~ 3 Adult Children - read below *
~ Enjoys taking pictures
~ Enjoys scrapbooking in the fall and winter months
~ Spending time with family

* My children ~

~ My oldest son is 31 years & married for almost 5 years in August
~ My # 2 son is 29 & is single w/ his cat & work
~ My daughter is 24 & engaged 2 the LOVE of her life w/ no date as of yet

Thank you all for the WARM WELCOME ... I will be back in again soon to share my GOALS and all as right now I am just here for a bit to check stuff then off to get somethings done and ready for the FAMILY REUNION that my hubby has and so it is not here at our house but I have things 2 find for it so take care & I shall return soon !!

Thank you for the warm welcome. Well I added my information today. I really do not have a PLAN that I will FOLLOW as I am just needing to eat better and to ah get the weight off. It has been hard for me over the last month to get out and do some exercise because I had KNEE SURGERY & so I am still trying to recover from it ... as it was NOT REPLACEMENT SURGERY so I am thankful for that so ... it is doing better day by day but the med have been a bear but I am finally off them and can get myself back on track so I will be here when I can !!!
