Where'd Deb hide the duct tape?
and got some of my exercise in! Sunday I was under calories but not healthily. So far today I have exercised for 10 agonizing Zumba minutes, and ate a healthy well balanced lunch and a relatively light breakfast (bagel with light cream cheese and a medium iced latte with splenda). I plan on exercising for at least another 4-5 minutes in a bit.
