Officially Over 50 Pounds With IP

    Had my weigh in today and have officially lost 56 pounds since 1/31/13 with IP. My reward from the clinic was a free box of food. I found that kind of ironic.

    NSVs: Scheduled an appointment with my doctor next week to check my blood pressure and heart meds. Time to reduce some! Last night I bought a much needed pair of pants...that were two sizes smaller than the pair I was wearing! Some eye candy at work kind of checked me out. It has been a great week.

    Congrats!! I, too, and now under 50! On monday I weighed in losing a total of 53.2! It is truly an amazing feeling and I was overwhelemed with emotion- mostly releif and gratitude! I am so excited for you!
