I'm so confused as to which one to get! The negative reviews of the AL have put me off a bit, but Im so conflicted. Money is pretty tight for us, so I'd like to get the best possible thing without having to buy something else.
I use a pedometor right now as all I really do is walk, but the other day it told me I burned 726 calories on a 3 mile walk. I wish. I have yet to track any activity points because I don't want to overestimate. If also like to start adding in a few different thing to get rid of this massive belly.
What do you guys use? Any suggestions or thought are greatly appreciated!
