  • Hi Michelle, from another Georgian (the state not the country, right? )

I agree that this is easy, much easier and more logical than any diet I've done before. Are you going to meetings or doing it online? I go to meetings. For some reason, I feel more accountable when there are other people involved, which is weird because I am definitely not a very sociable person.

Congrats on your weight loss so far, and good luck to you!
  • I just started WWs last week and this is the first time I haven't wanted to quit! I don't feel restricted or deprived, but at the same time I feel like I'm moving in the right direction.
  • You're doing great Michelle! Congrats and hello!
  • Thanks y'all and Yes we have been stationed here in fort Benning for the past 6 years.... I'm actually doing it on my own I googled everything and bought the books today from ww the eating out and complete food book and a couple of ladies at work are doing it to so we are all trying to keep each other motivated ))
  • 707 Goddess, I started WW in February, and lost weight pretty quickly. BUT, I fell of the wagon b/c of a possible out of state move and the stress of buying a house. BUT, it is a good program and I am going to get back on it ASAP when I get back from Ft. Rucker (Alabama).

My son is graduating from pilot school Thursday. With that said, I want to Thank you for the sacrifices you make as an Army wife.... and I wish you the best. Can you imagine how good the Hooah will feel when we are slimmer by the end of the year?

Please Thank your husband for his service.... no one understands what a soldiers family give up and how much the soldier has to go through. TY!!!!
