I agree that this is easy, much easier and more logical than any diet I've done before. Are you going to meetings or doing it online? I go to meetings. For some reason, I feel more accountable when there are other people involved, which is weird because I am definitely not a very sociable person.

I just started WWs last week and this is the first time I haven't wanted to quit! I don't feel restricted or deprived, but at the same time I feel like I'm moving in the right direction.

I'm actually doing it on my own I googled everything and bought the books today from ww the eating out and complete food book and a couple of ladies at work are doing it to so we are all trying to keep each other motivated ))
707 Goddess, I started WW in February, and lost weight pretty quickly. BUT, I fell of the wagon b/c of a possible out of state move and the stress of buying a house. BUT, it is a good program and I am going to get back on it ASAP when I get back from Ft. Rucker (Alabama).
My son is graduating from pilot school Thursday. With that said, I want to Thank you for the sacrifices you make as an Army wife.... and I wish you the best. Can you imagine how good the Hooah will feel when we are slimmer by the end of the year?
