Hello All!

I thought that since there wasn't anything like it that I've seen in the forum, I would
try to start a new group pertaining to fashion and body image issues, etc .

I'm a college student and I like clothes and shopping, and I could use a few good tips
about shopping, etc, especially for "larger" people, so if you're interested, check out the
thread under the Misc. Clubs forum.

I'm also very interested in body image issues...for me, it's terrible to go to class and
see all of these skinny girls who are so obsessed with their weight and struggle
with self-esteem.

Anyway, hope to see one of you there!

i totally can relate. im 22. in university, and all my friends are skinny, and always get hit on.. and blah blah.. it not like i don't ever get attention.. just from the total wrong guys...
Self-esteem.. is hard to have especially when you think about you surrounding.. but... be strong... and i know there are a few plus size stores that target young people... haven't really found any in canada thats were im from.. but when i was in the states i found a few.
