Day 2: Weight Watchers! Any tips?

  • Hello! This is my first attempt at seriously losing weight. I was wondering if anyone has any good tips for staying on track. I am a college student with a busy schedule but I would like to make the most out of the campus gym facility.
  • I too am a busy student. I always always bring a healthy snack so there are no vending machine temptations - usually fruit or popcorn. That's helped me a lot when running around between classes.
  • Oh, sounds great! I picked up some healthy foods for my dorm and plan on snatching some veggies from the dininghall! lol
  • Welcome! Always having a healthy snack available is great advice. Also, make sure you dint go too long without eating (or you might end up overdoing it), schedule your gym time as if it is a class you can't miss, and grow to love the salad bar (and don't eat everything your friends might be shoveling into their mouths, though you can splurge within your points). We do have a ww section here, and there may also be a so section for students or 20s somewhere that may be a good place to get advice
