  • Monday-- 10 minutes Stretches, 40 minutes upper body, TBT.
  • Tuesday Morning---

    30 minutes on TM today. Ugh. That was NOT easy, but I knew it would make me feel better. Did two short (1 minute) jogs. Not much, but at least a few extra steps.

    I was able to get in 42 minutes on the tread mill. It's amazing how fast you get out of shape. *smile* I was ready to be done.

    Finally got my 3 miles in and 30 minutes of wt training.
    It feels good to be back on schedule.

    It's still raining here so didn't get our walk in.

    Did get 30 minuts of wt training completed.

    1 1/2 hours weed wacking. 1 hour edging by hand.

    I felt so lazy today...I only walked for 30 minutes. It wasn't that it was only 30 they were just sluggish minutes. I soooooo wasn't in the mood.

    I forgot to tell you.....I walked last night. I did my usual 2 miles in a half hour. Tonight is shopping night....does that count?
  • Had hour workout with trainer. Did back and chest.
  • Wednesday--10 minutes stretches, 32 minutes upper body TBT.

    Walked 3 miles and 30 minutes of wt training.

    that make 3 nights so far this week. Gonna try to work out tomorrow night before we go out.

  • Monday - Badminton... OOPS.......None to-day as it was a holiday.
    Tuesday - Line Dancing and Badminton
    Wednesday - Badminton
    Friday & Saturday - Badminton
    Sunday - Lawn Bowling
