30 minutes on TM today. Ugh. That was NOT easy, but I knew it would make me feel better. Did two short (1 minute) jogs. Not much, but at least a few extra steps.
Monday - Badminton... OOPS.......None to-day as it was a holiday.

Wednesday - Badminton
Friday & Saturday - Badminton
Sunday - Lawn Bowling
