Today's mini-goal... One mile

  • Today I am going to get off my butt after work and walk at least one mile.

    I did a half marathon two years ago and lost 65 pounds during training. I have since put 20 back, so I really want to try to train for it again this year...... I promise myself to take the first step today!
  • Good luck! It's taking that first step that's the big one.
  • You can do it. The first steps are always the hardest. Did you walk or run the half marathon that you did?
  • I started with Leslie Sansone 1 and 2 miles DVD. I've did the one mile and ready for 2. WE can do it!
