got a problem - I'm getting bored with my breakfast/lunch routines here at work...
Any ideas about some good protein & carb snacks lunches I can bring that are low cal/low-fat?
I am at work from 7:00 am until around 5:30 pm 4 days a week (4-day weeks totally rock!), and then I usually go to the gym and then home to have dinner with my fiance.my typical day at work consists of:
BREAKFAST: (WW PTS)
2 PCKTS OATMEAL (5)
COFFEE (0)
LUNCH:
SALAD/TURKEY OR SOUP & SANDWICH (3 OR 5)
RAW CARROTS (0)
APPLE (1)
FRUIT/GEL CUP (1)
SNACK:
1 CHEESE STICK (1)
ORANGE (1)
I TRY TO KEEP MY POINT CONTENT TO AROUND 12-16 while I am at work (~800 CALORIES) OR SO, and then the rest of the day I have about 8-10 POINTS FOR DINNER/DESSERT (~500-700 CALORIES, depending on amount of veggies)
PROBLEM IS THAT LATELY I'VE BEEN VENDING MACHINE HAPPY - ALMOST EVERYDAY I GET SOMETHING OUT OF THE MACHINE...
