  • I can't express the tremendous amount of JOY that I am feeling right now! I just want to share it with the WORLD!
This gal just completed her second TWO MILE walk on the tredmill today! According to the tredmill's calculations that is a 900 calories burned!
I NEVER in a million years would have thought that I could do this. I feel that I owe a ton of thanks to the ladies of 3FC, who have given me such supportive comments. Just knowing that there are women out there who are struggling, like me, makes weight loss not as daunting.
  • Congrats! That is amazing. I started to walk a mile around my neighborhood today and I actually ran some of that mile. Keep it up!!
  • That's wonderful! hold on to that feeling!
  • Super yay!!!
  • Congrat Red day -I think the most important component for me is to be positive and resilient. being positive lets me experience the here and now joy and happiness of simple things, resilience the ability to pick your self up and keep going when're eps are tough.

  • I wanted to say a huge congrats! Not to rain on your parade, but I want you to know that treadmill calories counts tend to be WAYYYYY high, so I would caution you not to eat back close to those amount of calories, Nevertheless, great achievement!!

  • 2 miles is awesome!!! Pretty soon it will be second nature to you and 2 miles will seem like nothing to you!

Did you have the incline set real high? Maybe that's how you got the calories burned so high?
