I hope you find out what all is going on with you at the dr. Let me know. I will be thinking of you. You are doing fine. I know you will feel better when you have a goal weight in mind and set for yourself. That is great I am sure your dr will be glad to help you and give you ideas.

I am with you girl. I keep going up and down to. Like wendy as well. We all have our times. My jeans are starting to get too snug now to. I have to do a lot better then I am that is for sure. Glad you are back to. Never be ashamed to post though. That is what we are supposed to be here for is support girl good or bad. We are in this together. I need a ticket to come back to Missouri.
I am not doing the greatest have been real hungry again. I have to cut back on the carbs that is what is making me so hungry I know.

Hi everyone
Hope everyone is ok. We are having alot of rain. Our road is starting to flood. In one place it is in the road. Right down from where we live it is to the edge. Suppose to get some more rain. Is anyone around where the tornados are. I hope you are all ok. So have been really lazy today.

FLGAL I need to start doing something that you are doing. To journal. Write down what I eat. But just havent taken the time. Our leader at TOPS gave us a journal. Said we could use it to write what we eat. Or write our feelings. I am thinking about using mine to write how I feel. I have one that I started writing what I ate in. But then stopped. I know it really does help. Hope you have a great weekend.

Coco..have you considered using your journal for both food and feelings. I used to do that. When you log your food also add how you felt about it that day. Things like... were you more hungry than usual? Did you eat simple carbohydrates that triggered a binge? Did you eat sensibly at a church function? Did you feel great about staying on plan that day? When you do this you can look back later and see what really helped you.
I had a half pound loss today. I was happy with that. At least it gives me another week in the black. One of the women made me a beautiful certificate. It looked like a scroll, proclaiming my 13 weeks without gaining. Another lady got her 13 weeks in today.
Our meeting was very good today. We are an active chapter and can hardly get everything into one hour. But some of the ladies said how they enjoyed things we are doing, so that made me feel good. We have several new members and a visitor today that was looking us over and may join next week. Enough about that.
Eleni, congrats on your loss this week. You did great.
