I find that I think about my weight all the time. Does anyone else do this, or is it just me?

By thinking about it all the time, my occasional bad choices are then and there, and I'm back on the wagon by the next meal instead of feeling bad and then letting it go until the next day /next monday/so on before I get back on track.
