I just came home from the store, bought a bunch of stuff and got a couple fruit juices (EVEN though I try to stay away from drinks with calories) they are both natural fruit, etc...
I got a pom wonderful blueberry one, it's 150 calories, and tasted really good....but I'm wondering, how good for you is it?
Is it worth the 150 calories? or is it a lie? I can never tell...anyone else drink them? thanks..



normally I stay away from liquid carbs, well, most carbs, but if I'm going to have a bomb cocktail that's what I have. I sometimes mix a bit of seltzer water with it to give it a fizz and dilute to juice.
