    Stressful day to begin stressful week.

    breakfast:

    green chile
    frozen peaches/mango 1.5/13.5

    snack:
    carrots
    portioned controlled, but totally unecessary cookies 4/17.5

    dinner: what's left?
    pad thai w/shrimp 6/23.5
    cabbage salad w/rice vinegar

    water
    tea

    exercise:
    gym 30 min elliptical, 30 min abs/arms with trainer
    dog putter -- 35 minutes
