Has anyone tried this? I just saw a coupon for it on the South Beach Facebook page. Also, does anyone know if it's good for phase 1 ?

If there's actual fruit in them, they would not be okay for Phase I. Hopefully there is actual fruit. The website doesn't say what phases it's intended for.
I agree with Jen, though. I try to stay away from this kind of thing.
