recently, i have become rather obsessed with fitspo tumblrs, and i find that it really helps me to stay in that positive mood. i even started my own, (feel free to check it out! i only have 2 followers, lol)

basically, most fitspo blogs are just encouraging messages, pictures of hot, fit girls, or delicious healthy foods, and exercise lists.
i find that looking at those helps me stay focused on my goal, and it kinda makes me feel bad if i feel like i wanna cheat or skip a day of working out.
also, i've been watching old episodes of the Biggest Loser

I never started watching it until like season 8 so it's like new to me, haha. it really makes me motivated when i don't wanna work out. i'm like "if these 300lbs people can do it, then so can i!!"
