Occasionally I do, but usually I don't. The last time I had a big gain, I left the ticker as it was and changed my signature to "getting back to my ticker weight" so it was kind of a goal. I weigh myself every day, but have my "official" weekly weight too, so if I'm going to change my ticker, I only do it after my weekly weigh-day. I'm currently 3 pounds above my ticker weight, and back in the "overweight BMI".
